Please use the following form to check room availability before requesting to book a room. Please watch the “Tutorial” on the right upper corner if you are unfamiliar with how to use the room-booking system.

Step 1: Use “Lookup Only” button to check room availability.
Step 2: If the room is available, use “Book on Google Form” button to reserve the room.

步驟 1： 使用「Lookup Only（僅查詢）」按鈕檢查房間是否有空位。
步驟 2： 如果房間可供預訂，請使用「Book on Google Form（透過 Google 表單預訂）」按鈕進行預約。
