TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is provided for all youth via charter buses.

• Drop-Off (Friday, 1/15)
  Check in at Sunset Church (3635 Lawton St) at 6:00pm.
  We will be leaving at 7:00pm sharp.
  
  Dinner will NOT be provided. Please eat beforehand or pack a clean, easy-to-eat dinner for the bus.
  
  

• Pick Up (Monday, 1/18)
  We're aiming to be back at Sunset Church by 4:00pm. 
  If there are any changes in estimated arrival time due to traffic, we will contact you via e-mail.

WHAT TO BRING

• For teaching sessions: Bible, pen or pencil, notebook.

• For clothing: warm & comfortable clothing, comfortable closed-toed shoes, hat.

• For sleeping: sleeping bag, pillow.

• For bathroom: toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, face towel, body towel, soap, shampoo, shower slippers.

• For free time: board games & card games   

• General: reusable water bottle, sunscreen, backpack, flashlight or headlamp, watch.

• Medication if applicable: Inhaler, Epi-pen, Benadryl, etc. Bring even if you think you don't need it.

• Snacks: If bringing your own snacks, do not bring any with nuts or tree nuts.

PHONE & ELECTRONICS POLICY
During the retreat, students will not be allowed access to their phones. We believe this will help them better experience everything that God has in store for them at the retreat.

If there is a situation that requires phone use (i.e. homework), we will make accommodations.

In addition, use of any other electronics during the retreat is not permitted unless otherwise directed.
