Breaking Barriers: Building Trust, Finding Freedom 突破阻隔:親子互信,重拾自由
Parenting and growing up in today’s world isn’t easy. Families face real pressures — from social media and gaming to peer influence, relationships, and the challenges of staying connected with each other.
This special night is designed to give both parents and youth the tools they need to face these issues with honesty and hope.

學習如何打破親子溝通中的隔膜,把令人不自在的對話,轉化為建立信任與加深關係的契機。
Learn how to break through barriers in parent–child communication and turn uncomfortable conversations into opportunities for trust and deeper connection.
🔹 Youth Workshop — Breaking Free: Understanding Social Media, Gaming & Addiction (in English)
Discover why it’s so hard to stop scrolling or put down the phone or the game controller. We will explore real questions about screen time, social media, and making wiser choices.
This workshop is for youth only - middle school and above.
